Join Jade and Eden for an evening of medicine music and soothing yin yoga. Bring your yoga mat + an open heart to receive a slow moving nourishing yin yoga practice guided by Eden while Jade serenades us live with her medicine music.

This month we are working with Cedar, a powerful teacher and protector spirit in the plant world. We open ceremony by anointing ourselves in cedar oil and everyone receives a branch of cedar to smell during class and take home.

All genders are welcome. 

Please bring your yoga mat as well as any blankets or bolsters from home that you'd like to support you during class. The studio will have a limited amount of bolsters and blankets + some extra yoga mats available.

Doors open at 6:00 PM, the class will begin at 6:30 PM. Please arrive before 6:30 PM so we can honor everyone's time.

Free parking is available in the lot directly outside of the studio.

Join us for an evening of yin yoga, live acoustic melodies, and group Reiki, held after hours at Dunn Brothers Coffee in the heart of Excelsior. The space will be softly lit with string lights, accompanied by a crackling fireplace to create a deeply nurturing atmosphere.

This immersive experience invites you to:

Melt stress through slow, grounding yoga postures
Receive live acoustic music that soothes your nervous system Soak in group Reiki to restore inner balance and light
